Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download and use of Enigflux, a mobile puzzle game published by Vaeralis Games, India ("Vaeralis Games", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or playing Enigflux, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Enigflux on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the game except as allowed by applicable law.
Enigflux, its name, artwork, puzzles, and related materials remain the property of Vaeralis Games and its licensors.
3. Eligibility
Enigflux is intended for users aged 13 years and older. If you are under 18, you may use the game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
4. Accounts and progress
The current version of Enigflux does not require an account. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may permanently delete that progress.
5. Advertising
Enigflux may display rewarded and interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Optional rewarded ads may offer in-game benefits. Ads are subject to the policies of the advertising providers and applicable law, including consent requirements for personalized advertising.
6. In-app purchases
The current version of Enigflux does not include in-app purchases. Future versions may offer optional purchases through official app stores such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those stores process payments; Vaeralis Games does not collect or store your payment card information.
Store refunds, billing disputes, and purchase restoration are handled by the applicable store under its own terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the game, its services, or other players.
- Attempt to cheat, exploit, or reverse engineer the game.
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue Enigflux or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will remain available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Enigflux is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaeralis Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaeralis Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of Enigflux.
11. Third-party services
The game uses third-party services, including Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those third parties.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published at https://enigflux.vaeralis.com/terms. Continued use of Enigflux after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
